Overview
This PvP Ranger builds is meant to deal good damage from range thanks to high SP (Spell Power) stacking, allowing you to play relatively safe behind the front lines in all PvP encounters while doing insane damage in just a few easy to use skills. This is the perfect build for someone that likes to play ranged DPS classes.
Skill Bar
Net Shot: Its the perfect skill to CC and control range in a fight. However, there is a 2nd part to this skill which comes from 
Inferno Arrow which activates whenever you hit a target with Net Shot, giving you the option to shoot another arrow that deals damage as it goes through enemies and explodes.
Arrow Rain: This is your primary damage skill, dealing high SP damage and leaving behind an Acidic Cloud. The cloud’s effect can be extended with 
Venomous Infusion, allowing you to deal even more damage over time while the Acidic Cloud can also be blown up to create explosions dealing burst damage.
Barrage Stance: Offers two modes: Normal Stance, which pierces some enemy armor, and Barrage Stance, which fires extra arrows at the cost of mana. However, Venomous Infusion makes it so you can shoot an arrow that deals poison damage and also increases the duration of Arrow Rain's Acidic Cloud.
Saltation: A straightforward but powerful AOE attack that also disarms enemies while you jump backwards and away from them, back to safety. This is great for both damage and mobility even though it has a long cooldown.
Harpoon Arrows: This is Ranger’s unique ability which makes every arrow that hits the target remain as a debuff on them, letting you cast Harpoon Arrows to deal extra damage based on how many stacks they have built up. Not only that, but with 
Vital Quiver Restoration, this also heals you for 0.5% of your HP per stack.
Mana Boost: This is a great skill to help with mana sustain in fights, use it as needed throughout PVP fights.
Warp: Fantastic for repositioning when you are being focused.

Chips: Sorcerous Core is the best chip for the build as it adds extra damage to the abilities you cast. Force Overcharger on the other hand adds extra damage.
Runes: Cheetah adds a great deal of mobility as it improves movement speed, letting you kite easily. The second rune you should use is the Superiority which adds extra damage to auto-attacks after using an ability.
Gear: 
Havoc Diskblade provide high SP which is very important to deal high damage while 
Plated Lungs and 
Magenta Medallion enough defensive stats that interlock perfectly with 
Magitech Visor.
Consumables: Use 
Bread with 
Sweet Baked Pumpkin for steady HP and mana recovery. For extra stats, 
Absurd Pills increase magical crit chance, while 
Magic Bomb provides additional Spell Power. You can also add 
Lucky Salad for an extra boost to magical crit rate.

Rotations
Begin the rotation by shooting out the Venomous Infusion arrow to both deal damage and apply poison before using Net Shot to pin down an enemy before you can use Arrow Rain to deal damage and create Acid Clouds. Follow up with another Net Shot to keep the CC going before swapping your Stance with Barrage Stance so your next auto-attack disarms the target caught. Use Harpoon Arrows next to deal damage to all enemies hit before finishing off with Saltation.
