Overview

Condition Holosmith is a fast paced and high APM build that constantly juggles between kits, offering very little resting time. This specific build takes a more structured approach relying on combos with specific skill orders, as opposed to the priority based build that uses Relic of the Fractal.

Usage

Rotation Structure

  1. Combo 1 is your highest damage combo and triggers Relic of the Steamshrieker multiple times. Tracked by Poison Grenade.
  2. Combo 2 is your second highest damage combo. Tracked by Freeze Grenade.
  3. Combo 3 is the last combo in terms of damage. Used for whenever Poison Grenade and Freeze Grenade are on cooldown.

The way we track whether a combo is off-cooldown or not is by checking what Grenade Kit skill between Poison Grenade/Freeze Grenade is currently off-cooldown, if both of them are, prioritize Combo 1.

Lightning Rod/Electric Artillery and Conduit Surge go together, usually with varying orders, but you're always interested on pressing one then the other.

After finishing a combo Engage Photon Forge if it's avaliable. Use the following combos depending on heat.

  1. Forge Combo 1 is used if you've previously Overheated or your heat level is very low.
  2. Forge Combo 2 is for high heat levels, where you aim to Overheat.

Rotation Notes

  1. Entering a Kit doesn't cancel the current attack, neither does exiting a kit via Stow Kit (A.K.A. pressing the kit utility key again).
  2. Exiting a Kit via Weapon Swap Weapon Swap, Engage Photon Forge, Deactivate Photon Forge and Overheat will cancel the current skill/animation.
  3. Stow Kit has a small cooldown after entering said Kit, this cooldown takes a bit longer than most skills, preventing us from exiting a Kit via Stow Kit after a single skill. This is solved by exiting with Weapon Swap Weapon Swap after said single skill is complete.

Crowd Control

These Crowd Control skills can be used at free without breaking the structure of the rotation.

  • Roiling Skies - 332 breakbar damage and Knockback Knockback.
  • Air Blast - 150 breakbar damage and and Knockback Knockback.
  • Holographic Shockwave - 232 breakbar damage and Launch Launch. This skill generates 25% heat so be careful if you are on the Forge Combo 1 and adjust your Deactivate Photon Forge accordingly.
  • Magnetic Bomb - 150 breakbar damage and and Pull Pull.
