Overview
A power focused Conduit build for PvP, mixing the legends of Razah and the assassin Shiro more maximum burst damage and mobility while also bringing some decent sustain to the table.

A new version of this build has emerged with GS instead of Hammer for mobility and burst absorption. Paired with Dwarf instead of Razah, it allow the build to have a power bunky class with alot of burst and mobility even better than the Devastation version. Spear is also viable for some chain CC into devastating power bursts. Work surprisingly well against anything and doing good again Condi Conduit since daggers from Shiro negate any resistance + the perma resolution from Retrib + Dwarf combo allow the class to tank condis even better while still having damage and % resistance. Midknight king relic can also be picked for more fury uptime and burst consistancy. A solid 5 for the updated version.
