Overview
The 
Nameless Spear comboing with the 
Nameless Sword remains one of the strongest melee DPS in Where Winds meet with an extremely aggressive kit that manages to offer both offensive and defensive capabilities along with high mobility thanks to skills like 
Shadow Step & 
Daunting Strike which allows you to go in and out of fights with ease even if only using the weapon abilities. Couple this with the 
Qiankun's Lock CC skill of the Nameless Spear, the build becomes incredibly powerful in all content, be it boss fighting or open world, trials, etc. This is the perfect build for someone looking to get into the game and getting a strong start as both weapons are very easy to get.
Martial Arts
Inner Way
Morale Chant is one of the best Inner Ways to add damage to your build and the core option for most builds, making it a must-have even for this one. 
Sword Morph & 
Mountain's Might are perfect for increasing the capabilities of both weapons, with Sword Morph being the more important one as it makes it so your 
Vagrant Sword releases additional waves when you charge it up while having the shield from Daunting Strike active. Mountain's Might helps with your endurance but can also be swapped for another inner way like the 
Envigorated Warrior for a glass cannon build which performs much better once the Envigorated Warrior is fully upgraded. 
Battle Anthem is the perfect Inner Way as it further boosts your Vagrant Sword & 
Storm Dance damage by a great deal.
Mystic Skills
Ghost Bind is an incredibly powerful AOE CC skill as it helps you setup mobs for your other skills. 
Wolflike Frenzy is a great single target skill to deal with mobs quickly, 
Dragon's Breath, and 
Drunken Poet are strong options as they can combo very well to deal high damage while 
Free Morph is another skill that can kill on its own.
Flaming Meteor deals high AOE damage, but you need to pack enemies tightly to get the full value from its 3-hit ability, keep in mind that you aren't immune to damage when using this either so be careful. It is still very good but can be swapped for anything else you might need for utility.
Rotations
- Start the rotation with Daunting Strike to both latch onto a target and also deal high damage while creating a shield that protects you from damage. Once the shield is active, use Shadow Step to move back and then charge up a full Vagrant Sword before releasing it to deal high damage before transitioning into
Soaring Spin followed up by Wolflike Frenzy.
- Start the rotation with Qiankun's Lock in order to freeze an enemy so you can follow up with two
Legion Crusher. Carry on with Free Morph before finishing off by using Soaring Spin.
