Invocator - Wand + Staff PvE Build

- Amazing AoE Damage
- Easy to play
- Low mobility
- Low Single Target DPS
Overview
Wand and Staff PvE build with focuses on AoE grinding large amounts of mobs for rare drops, contracts or lithograph grinding. It can also excel in open world dungeons grinding high level mobs with a group for drops or contracts.
Attributes
Your primary focus with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage, getting that to 30 should be your priority before moving on to perception and getting that also up to 30 for even more damage, rest of your points should go into wisdom for a bit of extra mana regeneration and maximum mana. Coupled with the mana passives and Inner Peace, it will all help you move between packs of mobs with ease without running out.
Skills

Skill Priority

When prioritizing skill upgrades, start by improving Swift Healing as it's your primary healing ability. Upgrading it to rare allows you to cast the ability twice, which is incredibly helpful. Next, focus on upgrading
Touch of Despair to enhance its curse-stacking capability. Then, consider upgrading
Curse Explosion for the HP shield, followed by
Chain Lightning for additional damage and cooldown reduction if your character is in a wet state.
Passives Priority

You should prioritize Devotion and Emptiness as it increases the amount of healing you provide to yourself as you don't have a lot of healing abilities using this build so everything helps.
Manaball Eruption will aid you with dealing single target damage before you drop your AoEs while
Asceticism helps a lot with regaining your mana.
Flame Condensation will increase the damage your
Infernal Meteor does while
Mana Amp at epic gives you extra max health that you need when tanking groups of mobs.

Wand: Allocating 9 points into Damage is the only viable choice as it adds a lot of extra damage for the build and matches perfectly with the Staff, the last 3 points can go into Weaken for extra curse duration.
Staff: Investing 9 points into Destroy is ideal as it provides passive damage and extra critical hit chance, which aligns perfectly with the build's focus on damage. The remaining 3 points should be allocated to Attribute for the additional 10% Burning Damage, further enhancing your offensive capabilities.
Rotations

- First you want to use
High Locus to lower your cooldowns before continuing with the rotation. Use your auto attack (default key E) in order to pull mobs closer to you while you cast
Touch of Despair on a single mob, you want to keep kiting while constantly casting only
Touch of Despair until you get 3 curse stacks. Once you've managed that and the mobs are together, you cast
Time for Punishment followed by
Karmic Haze which will spread the curses to the nearby mobs. Follow up with
Corrupted Magic Circle and
Curse Explosion to deal incredible damage. If the mobs aren't dead yet and you need to clean up, you can line them all up for the
Ice Spear that deals AOE damage before following up with
Chain Lightning to finish whatever mob still remains.
Infernal Meteor: This is the ability you use to finish off mobs if your
Ice Spear
Chain Lightning combo is on cooldown.
Judgment Lightning: This ability can be used instead of
Chain Lightning in the combo with
Ice Spear as it also deals higher damage and can be reset by proccing a heavy attack when using it.
Inner Peace: You use this ability whenever it's off cooldown or between mob packs in order to keep your mana up.
Swift Healing: This is your only single target healing ability and you should use it in order to save yourself, keeping yourself alive whenever the Amitoi Cheer isn't enough.
Useful Information
- Choose Lady Knight Kamarshea as your guardian; it offers vital protection with its shield, capable of absorbing damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only aids in mitigating damage but also increases your cooldown speed, allowing you to heal more frequently.
