Overview

This Summoner build focuses on dealing good AOE damage in all PVE content, from dungeons to open world PVE farming and of course elite farming spots like Carphin, Forge, Oak, etc. The main focus of playing Summoner in all PVE content remains applying large amounts of dots and sitting back while the dots and debuffs you apply deal damage. All Summoner pets can also provide useful options for both group and solo play as the Mystic offers good healing while the Guardian can be used as a tank. Of course, Spirit Hunter offers good DPS and is a fantasti choice in both solo and group PVE play.

Skills

There is currently a bug with the skill tree here. Ignore the summon nodes and change the pet on the first node depending on the content you do. You can also add a secondary pet for ease of use without having to swap all the time.

The Graveplate set is an easier alternative to Sandbastion. The difference is small, but you lose the unique Sandbastion set bonuses and gain some Intelligence instead. Another item to consider is the Anchorite's StoleAnchorite's Stole, which can be expensive but provides high magic power for its cost. Rosethorn pieces can be replaced with Seafoam, but you should keep 5 heavy armor pieces for the buff. Either you use the Graveplate or Sandbastion to maintain the 12% physical damage reduction. If you mostly just focus on PVE play in groups though, you can opt for full glass cannon options like Bloomwarden or even the Cognoscente set.

The Mirageborn Sandwrought Great MaceMirageborn Sandwrought Great Mace can replace the Shadowfang Gloomfang GreatswordShadowfang Gloomfang Greatsword and is usually cheaper while still being viable into end-game.

Weapons

Stamina

The Stamina part of the build is currently bugged and will be updated ASAP. For now, choose the left side of the tree then the middle.
